In His final conversation with the disciples before ascending into heaven- Jesus challenged them to go into the world and make disciples of every nation... Our primary responsibility as followers of Jesus can be summed up in a single word---multiplication... We are called to make more and better disciples.

Jesus had several interactions with the disciples that illustrate the challenge of living in community with people you don't know... From the time the disciples wanted to send the children away- to the time when they argued about who would sit next to him in heaven- to the last meal where one of them was identified as a betrayer with selfish motives... Repeatedly- Jesus met each relational challenge with patience.

Jesus invited 12 men to follow Him... Setting down fishing nets- leaving behind tax collector booths- and saying goodbye to family was only the beginning of a life full of twists and turns and unexpected encounters with people from every walk of life... Living with Jesus is anything but predictable and boring... It's an exciting ride that never disappoints!
